In general Colinton CC meets on the second Tuesday of the month except in January and during July and August.We use both F2F and Zoom formats. A forward schedule of meeting dates for 2026 and formats will be published soon

You are very welcome to join the Colinton Community Council meeting. The Agenda and Papers will be posted here on the Minutes page.

Whenever we are meeting online, the the Zoom link is published on the Meeting Notice which is posted on this Website, Facebook colintoncc and Twitter @colintoncc pages and our village Notice Board.

The waiting room will be open from 7.20 pm.  Please check that your own name appears below your video as Zoom may default to your machine name: e.g. iPad or MyPC. You will be muted on entry to the meeting. Please do not unmute yourself until the Chair invites you to speak. 

Please note that this is a meeting of the Community Councillors held in public rather than a public meeting and so, in the first instance, you are an observer.

There is an opportunity for questions and comments from members of the public at the end of each Agenda item and a specific item for Questions from the Public at the end of the Meeting.

The meeting will be recorded to facilitate minute taking and we assume you are giving your permission for this.
